Here at Survival-Goods we know how expensive shipping can become that is why we took extra measures to integrate our checkout cart with UPS. Survival-Goods charges solely by the weight of the order and actual ship to destination. We ship FOB from Southern California.
Please note that many of our emergency disaster kits, food, and water supplies are quite heavy, which can increase your shipping cost. It's solely based on the order weight and ship to destination from Southern California and nothing more - You have our Promise!
Please note that we have three manufacturers that we use to make up our entire product line. Depending on the contents of your order some products may be shipped separately. Please don't be alarmed as we will ensure that your complete order will arrive via UPS Ground all within a few business days of each other.
You will be receiving UPS Tracking numbers via e-mail as soon as your order ships. We at Survival-Goods will also help track your order along its UPS route to ensure its arrival at the ship to destination.
NOTE: If your order weight is over 150lbs, our shopping cart will be unable to charge you shipping at the time of order placement but we will contact you via e-mail and telephone with a UPS Ground shipping total that we will need to charge you in order to process/ship your order. Sorry, we can not invoice your shipping total but can accept all major credit cards over the telephone to complete your order.
