Product Warranty
All products listed on the Survival-Goods.com online store are new factory sealed and retail packaged with full manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. Survival-Goods is not responsible for any manufacturer warranty claims or repair claims.

We keep all email and credit card address information private and for the exclusive use of processing your orders or sending special email offers and information to you if you have opted to allow us to do so. Important Note on all Freight Delivery Items
Before signing for any trucking delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form. Freight damage must be handled by the customer directly with the delivering carrier by either refusing obviously damaged packaging or by filing a damage claim directly with the delivering carrier if concealed damage is discovered after opening the package.
Return Merchandise Policy
Emergency Supplies and Survival Kits
If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of the purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. In order to return your product, please contact us via email at: info@survival-goods.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. All products that are accepted for return, which we determine are not defective or restockable, will be charged a 20% per item restocking fee.
Important Note: Health Department Regulations forbid us from accepting returns on all food, MRE's and water items!
