Our 2400 and 3600 calorie Mayday food bars are approved by the U.S. Coast Guard as well as the Canadian Transport Department and has a

(5) Five year shelf life!

All our food rations are baked under strict supervision and all have that great taste of apple cinnamon.

They are safe for vegetarians and those allergic to nut oils.

Mayday food rations can be stored outside up to 149 degrees (ºF) and can be eaten without preparation.

Suggested caloric intake is 800-1200 per day in an emergency situation.

Based off of 3 days of emergency preparedness.

Our 3600 Calorie Bar - 20 bars per case and each bar is 27 ounces/ pre-cut into 9 pieces.

1 piece = 400 calories / You should consume 3 pieces per day = 1200 calories per day

Our 2400 Calorie Bar - 24 bars per case and each bar is 18 ounces/pre-cut into 6 pieces.

1 piece = 400 calories / You should consume 2 pieces per day = 800 calories per day

Our 1200 Calorie Bar - 36 bars per case and each bar is 9 ounces/pre-cut into 6 pieces.
