CMC ProSeries SS Rescue Stretcher
 When a lightweight rescue stretcher is needed, the CMC
ProSeries Rescue Stretcher will do the job perfectly. Based on military rescue stretchers, the CMC
ProSeries has been redesigned and updated to provide for a wide range of
emergency needs. One big improvement is
the widening of the rail to one full inch, which will make this stretcher much
easier to carry over even long distances.
The support for this type of stretcher was formerly chicken wire, but
this has been replaced by sturdy, comfortable Durathene netting. The sides of this stretcher are high enough
to provide for patient safety and security,  but low enough to allow for easy
maneuverability regardless of the location.
The frame of the CMC Rescue Stretcher is stainless steel,
and although this stretcher weighs only 31 pounds, it is capable of supporting
2,500 pounds. This stretcher is
available in either a tapered or rectangular model, and the rounded ends of
both make carrying this unit through tight spots a breeze. The CMC ProSeries Rescue Stretcher can also
be used for air evacuation or for lowering or raising the stretcher as the
attachment points are designed to accept any size carabiners. Four straps provide for patient security and
